General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DigitalCraftix ("Agency", "we", "our"), situated at 500199, Str. 1 Decembrie 1918 nr. 42-44, Brașov, Jud. Brașov, Romania, collects and processes commercial client data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data Controller Identification
DigitalCraftix acts as the Data Controller for all client communications, brief submissions, and platform metrics. To submit a Data Subject Request, email [email protected].
2. Categories of Processed Data
- Brief Information: Names, corporate emails, budget indicators, and proprietary product concepts submitted via our forms.
- Commercial Invoicing: Billing entities, VAT/CUI registrations, and transaction hashes generated via Stripe.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymized usage metrics and server logs used strictly for network security and system hardening.
3. Data Retention & Third Parties
Client project data is retained for the duration of the commercial engagement plus statutory tax record periods under Romanian law (5 to 10 years). We do not sell or monetize client datasets under any circumstances.
REGULATION II
Agency Terms of Service & Development Agreement
These terms constitute a binding contract governing all digital product development sprints, technical architecture deliverables, and marketing footprint roadmaps provided by DigitalCraftix.
1. Sprint Delivery & Acceptance
Deliverables are provided according to agreed sprint milestones. Clients have 7 calendar days following milestone delivery to review and submit change requests.
2. IP Ownership & Licensing
Full ownership of custom code, design tokens, and branding assets transfers to the client immediately upon settlement of invoice balances.
3. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any litigation shall take place before the competent courts in Brașov County, Romania.

DigitalCraftix uses strictly minimal browser cookies and local storage tokens essential to render interface elements and preserve consent states:

REGULATION IV
Milestone SLA & Refund Framework
Our refund framework is anchored on verifiable milestone checkpoints:
- Pre-Sprint Cancellation: Full refund of deposit is guaranteed if cancellation is received in writing before discovery workshops commence.
- In-Progress Sprints: If a milestone deliverable does not satisfy functional acceptance criteria, DigitalCraftix commits to a 7-day remediation sprint at no extra charge.
